Chester J. Jachimiec, Director

Since 2001, Mr. Jachimiec has served as CEO of Pathfinder Petroleum Products. Beginning in February 2000, he served as Senior Vice President Corporate Development & Planning of Encompass Services Corporation (NYSE: ESR).

From October 1996 through February 2000, Mr. Jachimiec served as Executive Vice President Acquisitions and a Director of Group Maintenance America Corp. (NYSE: MAK), the predecessor of Encompass.

From February 1994 to October 1996, Mr. Jachimiec was Director of Acquisitions and Investments for Tenneco Energy, a subsidiary of Tenneco Inc., and a U.S. Fortune 100 corporation.

Prior to his employment with Tenneco, Mr. Jachimiec represented various companies as a business and financial consultant and as outside legal counsel. Mr. Jachimiec holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in public accounting from Loyola University of Chicago and a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
