MEL COOPER TO JOIN IIBEX ADVISORY BOARD

IIBEX Ltd. is pleased to welcome L. Melvin (Mel) Cooper, as a member of the IIBEX Advisory Board of Directors.

Mr. Cooper holds the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Nationwide Graphics, Inc. then President of Cerqa, its flagship division. Nationwide Graphics is a Houston, Texas based, multi-location manufacturing company with revenues in excess of $200 million.

Mr. Cooper contributes a senior level background in operations, manufacturing, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt planning, and business plan development and execution. Mr. Cooper demonstrates an ability to ferret out and pinpoint the weaknesses and strengths of each organization with which he has been associated, both public and private.

“His contributions are substantial,” states Cliff McFarland, IIBEX Chairman. “Mel’s experience has been deep in all of the companies in which he has served.”

Cooper’s extensive background in technology proves valuable, as technology is one of the industry sectors targeted by IIBEX in the development of company partners. “Technology has a broad base of appeal, attractive to international investors as well as institutions. We are excited about having him on the team,“ said McFarland.
