FOUNDERS ANNOUNCE THE FORMATION OF IIBEX LTD.

Philip C. Crawford, Co-Founder and President announces the formation of IIBEX Ltd., a Bermuda corporation specializing in supporting entrepreneurial companies in cross border, public capital markets transactions. IIBEX has identified a growing global trend of bringing smaller and middle range companies to the public market on junior or venture exchanges and trading platforms.

IIBEX is the brainchild of Crawford and Co-Founder, Cliff McFarland. McFarland, who will serve as IIBEX Chairman, has worked with entrepreneurial companies and their founders most of his professional life. Both founders recognized a growing gap in the accessibility of public venture capital, both here and abroad. Crawford was in the process of securing venture financing for his last technology enterprise when he and McFarland began discussions.

IIBEX is a cross border public venture capital company specializing in originating, executing, and supporting entrepreneurial, cross border, capital markets transactions. IIBEX’s solutions provide the architecture, infrastructure, and services to easily customize the proprietary approach to acquire financing for second and third stage venture companies in need of expansion capital “IIBEX has been in the planning stages for some months now,” stated Crawford. “We designed IIBEX to meet the needs of stage two entrepreneurial companies, a market which is greatly underserved, especially in the US.”

The founders examined the development paths that entrepreneurial companies tend to take and recognized common trouble spots.

“It is an idea whose time has come,” says McFarland. “There are the traditional routes a growing company can take. We decided to explore some creative ways of adapting tradition to the way things really work.”

IIBEX Ltd. will spend the next quarter putting together their Board and Advisory Team.
