IIBEX INTRODUCES THE CROSS BORDER FINANCING APPROACH IIBEX Ltd. a Bermuda firm headquartered in Houston, Texas announces its proprietary cross border financing approach. IIBEX has invested several months in legal and marketing research to develop an approach which can easily be customized to meet the capital needs of a primary company, both now and incrementally in the future. The IIBEX approach utilizes international venture exchange vehicles and trading platforms. The process allows for the founding owners to retain a greater ownership position than experienced in a traditional venture capital deal. Philip Crawford, President of IIBEX, has had experience with the Canadian capital markets and junior and senior equity exchanges. That seemed the most likely vehicle to explore first. “Over the past decade, the Canadians have created a successful model for growing successful but early stage companies,” Crawford states. “They have been very intentional in everything they have set out to do. We have been very impressed. Perhaps it is that mining prospect legacy they have, but our neighbors display a real understanding of what it takes for an entrepreneur to move through the growth process.“ IIBEX is a cross border public venture capital company specializing in originating, executing, and supporting entrepreneurial, cross border, capital markets transactions. IIBEX’s solutions provide the architecture, infrastructure, and services to easily customize the proprietary approach to acquire financing for second and third stage venture companies in need of expansion capital. The TSX Venture Exchange is highly regulated and requires most small issuers to have a Sponsor, a member firm which has met certain criteria is answerable to the Exchange for its reporting on the venture firm. Once a company reaches a specific level of revenue, it can make application to graduate to the main board. ###
