IIBEX DEVELOPS ALLIANCE WITH EINRA CAPITAL LTD.

IIBEX Ltd. has completed an alliance with Einra Capital Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia. IIBEX is a cross border public venture capital company specializing in originating, executing, and supporting entrepreneurial, cross border, capital markets transactions. Einra will contribute their expertise providing Canadian public company support to IIBEX company partners who list on the TSX Venture Exchange.

“Part of the IIBEX approach is to make available, insofar as a company partner has the need, the kinds of corporate administration services offered by Einra,” explains Philip Crawford, IIBEX President. “Our association with Einra and other alliances being developed completes the picture for the company partner.”

Einra will assist in the company formation, selection of Canadian professional service providers, as well as coordination of filings, compliance, regulations, and finance. Auditing, company valuation, market communications, and interface with exchange and securities regulators are only a few of the areas in which IIBEX will establish agreements and alliances.

“I’ve had a lengthy association with the professional at Einra as I have been involved in cross border transactions,” continues Crawford. “As IIBEX was forming and developing, Einra was always one of the types of firms we had in mind to work with in British Columbia.”
