CHESTER J. JACHIMIEC JOINS IIBEX BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IIBEX Ltd. is pleased to welcome Chester Jachimiec as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Jachimiec serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pathfinder Petroleum Products. He is the former Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Planning of Encompass Services Corporation (NYSE: ESR). Mr. Jachimiec holds degrees in both accounting and law.

Cliff McFarland, Chairman of IIBEX Ltd., a Bermuda corporation headquartered in Houston, Texas, announced the appointment. “Chet brings a world of expertise in areas such as strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. As a member of senior management for a hyper-growth enterprise like Encompass, Chet well understands the nature of the challenges being met by emerging companies in a rapid trajectory.”
