IIBEX INTRODUCES MERCHANT
BANKING PARTNER PROGRAM

in Houston, Texas announces that its Board of Directors has authorized its
executive leadership team to proceed with the design, organization, and
development of the IIBEX Merchant Banking Partner Program (IMBP). The IMBP
program is a proprietary initiative, the purpose of which is to identify
and match entrepreneurial-minded investors with selected IIBEX company
partners.
IIBEX recognizes that a crisis of confidence has existed in the venture
capital markets for the past several years. Through broad based interviews
with the individual and institutional investor community, IIBEX has
determined that a trend by investors to once again seek venture stage risk
and returns.
“After twelve consecutive quarters of declining portfolio value, investors
are at last beginning to enjoy the positive experience of improving net
worth.” explains Cliff McFarland, IIBEX Chairman. “The result of these
consecutive monthly gains in the equity markets is beginning to fuel
investors’ appetite for uncovering the next big undercapitalized venture
sector.”
IIBEX is a cross border public venture
capital company specializing in originating, executing, and supporting
entrepreneurial, cross border, capital markets transactions. IIBEX’s
solutions provide the architecture, infrastructure, and services to easily
customize the proprietary approach to acquire financing for second and
third stage venture companies in need of expansion capital.
In the near future, IIBEX expects to select and announce a director to
coordinate and manage the IMBP Program.
