Philip C. Crawford, President, Founder

Mr. Crawford is a co-founder and President of IIBEX Ltd. Mr. Crawford has over 35 years experience in starting, building, financing, and managing both private and publicly held companies.

From November 1999 to 2003, Mr. Crawford was the President/CEO of EPICentrix Technologies, Inc., a public holding company that raised several cross-border rounds of financing and owned three operating companies. 

From June 1997 to October 1999, Mr. Crawford acted as the President/CEO of EPIC Interactive Technologies, Inc., a company he founded, that focused on the development and marketing of proprietary integrated performance support and management systems. EPIC did a reverse take over of the public EPICentrix Technologies, Inc.   

From July 1993 to May 1997, Mr. Crawford acted as President/CEO of Stratics Technology Distribution Company, a company he founded, which focused in the areas of strategic marketing and international business development of advanced technology based products and services.

From January 1988 to June 1993, Mr. Crawford was President/CEO and co-founder of Software Marketing, Inc., a company that provided planning, business process development, complex sales analysis and support, and strategic consulting to companies in the software industry.

From January 1980 to December 1987, Mr. Crawford was President/CEO and founder of Integrated BancSystems, Inc., which developed and marketed an online retail banking systems. This company moved from start up, developed several cross-border financings, to public status. 

From October 1975 to December 1979, he was Vice President of Management Information Systems of Houston First, a US$1 billion financial institution.

From 1964 to 1975, Mr. Crawford held various positions within the financial services industry. Mr. Crawford attended the University of North Dakota.
